Christmas

We give each other gifts for christmas and wish happy new year. A good friendship is very important for us.

Our school's name is Ahi Evran Primary School. It's in Ankara ,the capital of Turkey. In this photo, there are some works of our students. Here, the activity is about introducting hotels and activities which is done there.They chose a hotel in our country and introduced it and made sentences about the activities done at that hotel by using the grammer point they have learned (would like and prefer).

Reading club

We also like reading. Many students of our class go to reading club" Lugemispesa"(Reading nest). We discuss the books we have read there.We have the reading club twice a week. We think acting is also exciting. Johannes and Marie go to drama club.

What did we love...

We love sport. We like to play ball in our classes. But some students go to different trainings. Carolina and Birgit play table tennis. Marten goes for athletics. Some girls are fond of dancing. Birgit, Marie, Karoliina, Aneth and Laura practise ballroom dancing. And Laura also goes ballet dancing.

Our school is in Kocaeli, Turkey.Its name is ŞEHİT İSHAK ÖZTÜRK PRIMARY SCHOOL.Our school has 32 classes , nursery, primary, secondary education.We have sports ground ,funny park for children in our school garden.Moreover,We have computer and language laboratory,two techonology classes and canteen.Our students’ parents are heterogenous.Some of them are workers because we live in an industrial region.So we have advantages and disadvantages of industry.Kocaeli is a big city and has cultural ,historical and natural heritage and we are near İstanbul.
